Himalaya Sugar Mill is the only plant in Nepal that produces double refined Sulphur Less Sugar. HSM has a production capacity of 250 tonnes/day in the running season. In the year 2017/18, the company acquired the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) and ISO 22000 Certificate. The company has incorporated HACCP: Hazard analysis and critical control points as a manufacturing practice along with CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) programme to provide premium quality products.
